    Founded in 1926, Forest Lake Country Club is nestled in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan overlooking beautiful Forest Lake. As a private country club, our members can enjoy a mature 18-hole championship golf course, which is both sporty and challenging for golfers of all abilities. In addition to our championship golf course, Forest Lake Country Club offers many other activities and programs for our members. Whether your interest is tennis, swimming, fitness or dining events, you can find something for every member of your family to enjoy.

    Private Club Member Benefits

    Members at Forest Lake are free to entertain clients on one of Michigan’s finest golf courses, enjoy a swim, play tennis, exercise in the fitness center, or just be with your loved ones. If you want to share the benefits of your accomplishments with those close to you, Forest Lake is the country club for you.

    Membership Types

    • Equity (Golf)

      • Equity (Golf) Membership allows full access to all club amenities. This is also known as a “Golf Membership”. Equity members own stock in the club and may vote at club meetings and run for office. Equity members, their spouses and immediate unmarried members of their families, who reside in the Equity member’s residence and are under the age of 24, shall be entitled to all club privileges. Equity Memberships are limited to 325 members.

    • Social

      • Social Membership allows full use of the club other than golf but may play as guests with an Equity member twice per month. Social memberships are limited to 150 members. Social members may move into an Equity membership at any point in their future as long as there are less than 325 Equity members at which point they will be put on a waiting list.

    • Intermediate

      • Intermediate Memberships allow full access of the club, including golf and are for persons aged 24-39. $200 per month of the Intermediate Monthly Dues go towards the Equity Membership conversion upon their 40th birthday. The balance of the initiation fee less any payments towards the initiation fee will be payable upon obtaining age 40.

    • Legacy

      • Legacy Memberships are for children or spouses of children of Equity members, Life and Surviving Spouse members who are aged 24-39. Monthly dues are scheduled according to age and are progressive in order to allow Legacy members to pay toward the initiation fee. The balance of the initiation fee less any payments towards the initiation fee will be payable upon obtaining age 40.
